The Addiction Recovery Arts Network is a collaborative performance and research network connecting people interested in exploring addiction and recovery through the conduit of performance. Andy, Artistic Director at Geese, has been involved in the initiation of the the network and attended the Addiction Recovery Art Network conference launch at the University of West London (UWL) last September with Shay, a long-standing member of Staging Recovery and Practitioner Team Manager, Emma.
We are excited to announce that the Network have launched a new magazine for artists and organisations involved in addiction-recovery arts.
Issue highlights include:
– Staying Safe on the Fringe: leon clowes speaks to Jason Brownlee about experiences at the Edinburgh Festival
– News, poetry, art and The Directory
With thanks to the Editorial Board of the Network for founding the Performing Recovery magazine.
