Funded by Arts Council England, and working in collaboration with Unlock and HMP Oakwood, Creative Licence aimed to provide people serving prison sentences who were eligible for Release on Temporary Licence (ROTL) the opportunity to take up work placements in the creative industries in the West Midlands.
