We are recruiting for an Administrative Assistant (part time) to help our busy administrative team.
The post, based at our offices in Moseley, will assist with general office duties such as stationery stock checks, reception duties, customer services, data entry and record keeping. The ideal candidate will be literate and numerate with excellent customer service and communication skills. The successful candidate will be organised and efficient with ability to work independently. Previous experience of administration, maintaining records and systems would be advantageous and knowledge of Microsoft packages is essential.
Contract Term: 12 Months
Hours of work: 8 hours per week, Mon-Fri
Salary: £8 per hour
