Geese Theatre Company takes trainees on every year who are skilled performers and facilitators and we spend six months training them to help them develop the skills necessary to undertake all areas of our particular kind of work.

Trainees must have theatre experience and will eventually need to base themselves in Birmingham. Trainee positions are full-time and become permanent after successful completion of the six months probationary period.
