...for staff training, awareness raising events and criminal justice conferences

The company is often invited to provide a performance for special events, such as conferences and staff training days. These inputs can function in a number of ways: at the beginning of an event it may be used to raise a broad range of provocative questions to stimulate discussion and exchange of ideas; later in the process, it may be used to focus explicitly on a particular concern of the group attending; at the end, it may be used in a plenary session to respond to or sum up the themes of the conference.

Many of these events are oriented to Criminal Justice professionals, such as probation officers, magistrates, police officers. However, we also deliver this strand of work in professional contexts outside of the Criminal Justice System, where our knowledge of offending can be used to explore difficult and sensitive issues which are of concern to other agencies and the wider community.

"I wish to convey a huge thank you to you all. Your time and effort both in preparation , planning and delivery has paid enormous dividends. I know the success of our conference was testament to your input, which was truly exceptional. I am still amazed how you succeeded in covering such an extensive script, keeping to time but still managing to inject lots of humour between fairly deep, sensitive and controversial subject matter - incredible! You captivated the audience with your performance and the writted and verbal feedback speaks volumes."

"The event was relevant, appropriate, extremely well presented and professional. Most importantly the event was specifically designed and tailored to my needs and the needs of the audience – excellent."
